A 1952 mid century single family residence in the Baldwin hills was patiently waiting for the right architect that could transform it to simpler and modern geometric lines.
Valexo was able to declutter this old home with a fresh, younger design featuring a new entrance that opens up to a spectacular cathedral ceiling at the center of the living area, with a redesigned kitchen and dining room.
